Ria
I don't know how I found out about Rìa organic skincare, but I am glad I did.
I love the story behind them, three siblings working together.
I love that there a new Irish brand.
I love that they are certified organic.
I love I will be at there launch in Horan's Tralee on May 25th - I feel I am a little part of her story now as I featured them on Rte today show.
But mostly I love their products.
RIA ORGANICS; Nicola Shevlin, a nurse with specialised training in skin healing and renewal, saw first-hand how people were becoming increasingly mindful of what they put on their skin. Passionate about seeking organic alternatives, she began formulating her own organic skincare range in 2013. By exploring which natural and organic ingredients best promoted skin health and wellbeing, Nicola committed to creating products that were both powerful and pure. With the support of her brothers Richard King, who has a strong background in chemistry, and Andrew King, a horticulturist, RíaOrganics was officially launched in 2017 at Bloom in the Phoenix Park, Dublin, Ireland. A true family collaboration, their surname is instilled in the name Ría Organics; ‘Rí’ being a Gaelic word meaning King. Ría Organics is a boutique skincare range that meets the highest internationally recognised organic certification, the COSMOS-standard. Nicola carefully selected nourishing ingredients when creating the creams. They are loaded with organic oils, extracts, and actives of the finest grade. She wanted the range to maintain its organic integrity and have the easy absorption properties, textures and fragrances expected of a quality skin care line.
So far the range consists of eye cream, night cream and day cream.
