The Brehon Killarney

Last December we went on a couple of getaway in the Brehon.

With two teenagers and two under 10 we get very little time together like most couples.

Coming up to Christmas was particularly busy, and it was just what the doctor ordered.

I took my little girl to the snowman in the INEC and met himself in the Brehon afterwards.

We had a fabulous meal in the award-winning Danu restaurant and then a few cocktails.

It was so nice not to be rushing anywhere or driving from A to B.

Just time out and I know I am booking a night like this just before Christmas again and I don't think I saw himself properly again until Christmas Eve.

The next day we headed to the Angsana Spa .

Sheer bliss I opted for an Anne Semonin Renew facial as I had met Shivani the Anne Semonin beauty expert and she recommended this facial for me.

The brand has been pioneering skincare since 1988.

The use essential oils, minerals and marine extracts.

What I like about this brand as the tailored the facial to suit you.

Everybody skin is different, and your facial should reflect this.

My therapist was Belle, and I cannot say enough about her. An excellent therapist and put me at ease straight away and we talked skin care and our favourite products and treatments.

The facial took one hour 15 mins, and my skin was glowing for the festive season.

This renew facial did what it says and is the ultimate in anti- ageing.

The skin is exfoliated gently and works on age spots and pigmentation.

The massage is all about lifting and drainage which is excellent for all skin types but particularly good for mature skin.

There was definitely a glow, and it felt much firmer, and I felt rejuvenated.

This facial will work best for anyone concerned with firmness and pigmentation and of course pure relaxation.

Will I be returning? A definite yes from me.
