Who should do this course?
This course is designed for spa professionals who are looking to improve their knowledge of the business element in the spa industry.
I am a spa manager already will this course be of any benefit to me?
Depending on your experience and prior training some of the information you may already know, some will be a refresher for you and a lot will be new.
How long will the course take for me to complete?
You have three months to complete each course. If you need an extension of this time you will require prior written consent.
What support can I get?
You will receive free one to one mentoring sessions via Skype with Heidi when you sign up and you will have access to the online community portal within the learning site. There will also be monthly webinars you can attend and a Facebook group to join.
There are subjects not covered here, where can I learn about them?

I do not work in a spa, can I do this course?
These courses will not be relevant to you if you have never worked in a spa. However if you have taken a break in the industry and are planning on returning these courses are perfect for you.
I am not a spa therapist but I work in a spa and have knowledge of the spa business, can I do this course?
For those of you who know me I was never a spa therapist but I learned every aspect of the spa industry in order to become the manager and trainer I am today. So you don’t have to be working as a spa therapist but you do need working knowledge of a spa.

Continuing Professional Development(CPD) is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive.
